Are you a senior leader in healthcare governance ready to make a lasting impact Were looking for a dynamic Director of Quality Safety & Patient Experience to join our executive team at Fortius Clinic London where world-class care meets innovation and purpose.

In this strategic role youll lead our Governance Team and drive forward our commitment to outstanding patient outcomes safety and experience. Youll ensure our systems not only meet regulatory standardsbut set new benchmarks for excellence.

Your Impact

Lead and develop the Governance Team across quality safety risk incidents complaints and improvement.
Ensure compliance with CQC HSE UKHSA safeguarding and wider regulatory frameworks.
Oversee governance systems risk registers incident reviews and business continuity planning.
Champion a culture of openness learning and continuous improvement.
Drive initiatives that enhance patient safety clinical effectiveness and experience.
Provide strategic insight and assurance to executive and governance committees.
Represent Fortius Clinic at group level influencing corporate governance and patient-centred strategy

Extensive experience in healthcare quality governance assurance risk management and patient safety.
Proven leadership in developing high-performing teams and driving strategic improvement.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and clinical governance.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills at executive and board level.
A passion for delivering measurable improvements in patient care and experience.
