Position Overview:
Were looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic attention to detail and a genuine love for great food. Youll work alongside a talented team of chefs to execute high-quality dishes that delight our guests and uphold the standards of The Southern Gentleman.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipe specifications and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean organized and efficient workstation throughout service
- Uphold proper food safety sanitation and storage procedures
- Assist with daily prep inventory and kitchen organization
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef while bringing a positive team-first attitude
- Contribute to a culture of consistency professionalism and pride in craftsmanship
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a high-volume full-service kitchen preferred
- Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Dependable punctual and passionate about hospitality and food
- Open availability including nights weekends and holidays
