Management Trainee Spring 2026 Internship

From day one as a paid intern with Enterprise youll learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. Our university/college interns take on the same challenges as our first and second year full-time professionals. This role is located in Salinas or Seaside CA.

• Must be enrolled as a Senior at a 4 year University pursuing a Bachelors degree. Any major considered. Graduating no later than May/June 2026.
• 3 months customer service leadership or sales experince is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum 10-12 week program starting no later than March 2026.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• This position requires a valid unrestricted drivers license.
