Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking aNurse Manager for our Wilkes-Barre PA Pediatric/Adult Home Care office. This office provides best in class care to clients throughout Wilkes Barre PA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities for a RN Clinical Manager:
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments in Wilkes-Barre PA and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise LPNs RNs and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Experience with pediatric clients strongly preferred.
- Bilingual a plus
- Supervisory experience preferred.
