Job Summary
You will design implement and validate cost effective industrial automation process solutions in order to support the organization in pre-production development through mass production .Translates product specifications and design intent into assembly test equipment electronics & software
What a typical day looks like:
- Designs and models tool requirements industrial processes & test equipment for serial production under supervision
- Participates in multidisciplinary project teams regarding the assembly process
- Supports the development projects on specifications for the industrialization of serial production equipment and controls
- Contributes to the results by supporting more senior levels in the analysis of process designs tool requirements and project documentation
- Assists with required verification and validation processes
- Documents develops & executes production equipment calibrations to assembly and test equipment for serial production
- Performs simulations calculations and analysis
The experience were looking to add to our team:
- Starting BSC Fine Mechanics Electronics Industrial Engineering
- Basic experience with 3D CAD software
- Basic knowledge with software and electronics for high quality assembly- and test processes
- Knowledge of mass production techniques.
- Knowledge of and experience with Automotive quality system is preferred
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing techniques
