| Join BMWTechWorks India to shape the future of driving dynamics by blending hands-on software development with cutting-edge vehicle engineering including air suspension and vertical dynamics - You will join BMWTechWorks India in the Digital Product Engineering cluster within the Product Data unit contributing to the development of software-based driving dynamics functions for the vehicle development ecosystem with a focus on air suspension and vertical dynamics.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across CAE Simulation Konstruktion and Methods Tools Product Data to deliver robust prototype-driven software solutions.
- You will lead and influence the design validation and iteration of model-based software components from concept to implementation with a strong emphasis on Luftfederung (air suspension) and vertical dynamics and MiL testing.
- You will enjoy a dynamic multinational environment that values curiosity collaboration and continual learning.

What should you bring along
| - University degree in Computer Science Control Engineering Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of hands-on experience in controller development using Matlab/Simulink
- Experience in Model-in-the-Loop (MiL) testing
- Experience in prototype software development with dSPACE Autobox and dSPACE ControlDesk is desirable
- Basic knowledge of vehicle dynamics is desirable
- Experience in functional and concept development of software-based functions
- Experience in requirements management: specifying requirements at different levels (vehicle level / software component / software module)
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for developing new driving dynamics functions
- English language proficiency negotiation-level

Must have technical skill | - Matlab/Simulink for controller design and testing
- MiL testing methodologies and workflows
- Experience with dSPACE tools (Autobox ControlDesk) is a plus
- Understanding of vehicle dynamics concepts
- Requirements management and documentation
- Knowledge of air suspension/vertical dynamics concepts is a plus

- Model-Based Design workflows and code generation considerations
- Experience with verification and validation activities for automotive software
