Job Responsibilities:
Supports in timely delivery of customer orders by managing the quality of planning-related master data in collaboration with Enterprise Information Management (EIM).
Assists in generating a feasible/final Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on the Initial/semi-final MPS provided by the Supply Planning function.
Assists in generating a feasible Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) from the MPS focusing on minimizing changeover times in coordination with Production/Operations Management.
Supports in workforce and equipment utilization to generate a feasible DPS.
Collaborates with Operational Buyers to generate a Material Requirements Plan (MRP) and releases production schedules to the shop floor.
Contributes in daily and/or weekly planning handshake meetings with Production/Operations Management to ensure alignment and resolve any issues.
Raises issues and supports in basic troubleshooting production orders and materials following processes and operational policies to select appropriate solutions.
Supports in material issuance execution for all production orders and escalates any issues as needed demonstrating attention to detail accuracy and a commitment to excellence.
