Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our academy. The ideal candidate will nurture strong lasting relationships ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities to enhance engagement with our educational programs. This role requires exceptional communication problem-solving and organizational abilities as well as a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the key point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Analyze client feedback to enhance program quality and satisfaction.
Identify growth opportunities and support business development initiatives.
Prepare and present progress reports and recommendations to leadership.
