The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success in large-scale operations with a strong emphasis on import brand performance customer satisfaction and team development. Job Title: General Manager
Location: Berman Subaru of Chicago (60641)
Pay Scale: $350000-$750000 per year
Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day dealership operations across all departments including Sales Service Parts and Finance
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve profitability targets and KPIs including volume gross profit fixed operations and CSI
- Mentor and motivate department managers and staff to ensure peak performance retention and alignment with group goals
- Champion a customer-centric culture that delivers an exceptional retail experience and builds long term loyalty
- Implement best practices for efficiency compliance and operational excellence across departments
- Partner with the marketing team and manufacturer representatives to drive brand image inventory strategy and promotional activities

- Minimum of at least 3 years as a General Manager
- Import brand experience strongly preferred

- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving performance through accountability and positive culture
