Systems Engineer (Mid)

• Manage maintain and troubleshoot our server infrastructure primarily inAzureand on-premise.
• Perform regular server patching and updates to ensure security and stability.
• Manage and deploy certificates for various applications and services.
• Monitor system performance and availability proactively addressing potential issues.
• Support and maintainMicrosoft SQL Serverenvironments including backups security and performance tuning.
• Administer and supportActive Directory(AD) environments including user and group management Group Policy and security.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement new solutions and improve existing systems.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for all systems and procedures.

• A current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.
• 7 years with AS/AA; 5 years with BS/BA; Additional 4 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or a similar role.
• Deep expertise inAzurecloud services and infrastructure management.
• Extensive experience withMicrosoftserver operating systems (Windows Server).
• Strong knowledge ofMicrosoft SQL Server including installation configuration and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience withActive Directoryadministration.
• Proficiency in patching and updating servers as well as creating and managing SSL/TLS certificates.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell) to automate routine tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Experience withNiFifor data flow automation.
• Familiarity withAzure DevOpsfor CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge ofSharePointadministration and support.
• Experience withOpenTextdocument management systems.
