Mears Housing Management in Basingstoke are currently looking to recruit a Relocation Co-ordinator this exciting Contract is to support managers and teams helping to deliver their Key Worker Accommodation service by providing some office management services.
About the Role:
As a Relocation Co-ordinator you will support managers and deliver specified functions at various stages of the process. You will work across these various stages of occupancy and will be trained to work on any part of the process from beginning to end.
Reporting to the Team Leader this position is responsible for providing a seamless high quality and well-coordinated relocation service to give the best possible first impression to our users and the client including negotiating preferred tenancy terms and ensuring conditions of offer are met managing demanding customers and competing priorities and always demonstrating professionalism and diplomacy.

As part of the recruitment process for this role we will carry out a Background Identity Security clearance & BPSS check. For these checks to be completed we will require from you the relevant identification including Proof of Address References a valid passport and proof that you have lived in the UK for the last 5 years.
