Job Summary

As our Business Partner you lead the financial performance across all aspects of value creation in relation to Supply Chain this key leadership role you drive company targets with a focus on procurement working capital and global manufacturing. You enable sound decisions on cash flow and report directly to the Head of Group Operations Finance with regular exposure to senior leadership.

  • Lead and support the Head of Finance Group Operations in the development of budget plans financial forecasts and strategic goals across business units and sites.
  • Challenge operations in the status quo and lead through critical thinking and outside-the-box approaches in identifying risks and opportunities with breadth and depth by truly understanding the business.
  • Create visibility and transparency by implementing an aligned method for calculating and displaying financial implications for the areas under scope across the board. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned into the process.
  • Lead and steer the business towards optimization of working capital by developing an understanding of aged balances and provisions of inventory inventory turns Days Pay Outstanding as well as Accounts Payable.
  • Support the delivery of strategy savings and on-time delivery within the parts manufacturing organization across a network of six warehouses globally.
  • Partner with procurement leaders and engage in strategic meetings for vision and target setting while also driving engagement with IT teams within the Finance Transformation Office to advance the digitization of processes and tool setup.
  • Coach and influence the finance and operations organization to foster collaboration mindset change and business outcomes. Act as a finance ambassador by articulating the current state talent needs and development goals to build a best-in-class team aligned with the CFOs vision.

Qualifications :

  • Completed a university degree in Business Administration ideally with a focus on Finance/Controlling or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 10 years of management experience in Finance preferably in an international industrial environment.
  • Solid knowledge of FP&A project controlling risk management and process optimization.
  • Experience in developing and implementing digital financial processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills combined with strong analytical competence and the ability to drive change and deliver results.
