Drive Real Impact: Lead an assigned project from inception to completion applying your technical and analytical skills to solve a tangible business challenge (e.g. optimizing rider routing scaling vendor acquisition).
Accelerated Learning: Deepen your technical expertise (e.g. SQL Python campaign execution) by working with real high-volume data that directly influences our market strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Navigate a fast-paced agile environment collaborating with stakeholders across different seniority levels and backgrounds (Local Teams Regional Hubs).

A. Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable for Compliance)
Citizenship: Candidates must be Malaysian Citizens (a strict mandate for MySIP/DTD compliance).
Work Eligibility: Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited institution of higher learning.
Program Commitment: Able to participate in the program for a minimum of 4 months (16 weeks).
Communication: Excellent command of English both written and spoken.

STEM Fields: Information Technology Computer Science Data Science Engineering Mathematics.
Business & Management: Business Management Accounting & Finance Marketing Project Management.
Social Sciences: Mass Communications Psychology Linguistics Human Resources.
Leadership Potential: You can demonstrate leadership and effective time management through your academic record and/or extra-curricular activities.
