The Operational Buyer is responsible for performing all purchasing activities within certain material/service fields with the objective of optimal supply and generating a maximum profit contribution in compliance with the companys policies and purchasing guidelines. This position is reporting to the Operational Purchasing Team Lead of Region/Subregion. The role is carrying out all purchasing activities with a medium degree of difficulty and complexity in the area of goods/services for which the job holder is responsible for.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree completed.
- Advanced level of English is required ( Interviews will be in english ) - any other language will be a strong plus (German Portuguese )
- At least 3 years of experience in related field ( SCM - Spare Parts - Purchasing )
- Negotiation advanced skills
- Commercial Contracting previous experience is highly appreciated.
- Previous experience in: Purchasing processes/Purchase to Pay is required.
- Stakeholder Partnership knowledge.
- Project and Time management previous experience will be a strong plus.
- Business acumen
- Intercultural Management will be a strong plus.
- IT tools ( SAP Office package ) methods and analytics knowledge will be a strong plus.
