薪酬激励专项工作如激励方案调薪绩效考核
负责HR系统与数据管理
关注市场薪酬动态分析内外部市场薪酬状况提高公司薪酬福利体系的竞争力
协助HRBP提供职能内的相关专业解决方案和建议数据分析等
协助公司人才招聘管理工作
日常部门其他协同工作和上级安排的其他任务
The experience were looking to add to our team:
本科及以上学历人力资源管理经济学工商管理等相关专业
5年以上薪酬福利经验能独立承担薪酬福利模块有外企工作经验更优
精通中国劳动法规个税及社保政策强数据保密意识
掌握薪酬管理理论和常用工具熟练使用办公软件(Excel Word PPT等)
具备较强的人际沟通协调表达能力良好的职业操守细致耐心谨慎
良好的英语读写和沟通能力
