THE POSITION
- Lead motivate and support the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations across all shifts
- Deliver exceptional customer service and efficiently resolve any operational or service issues
- Support the Cook and broader team with daily kitchen operations and service delivery
- Manage inventory ordering and stock control using Compass systems (including rostering and compliance tasks)
- Uphold and promote food safety hygiene and workplace health and safety standards
- Assist in training and developing team members to build capability and maintain a positive culture
THE PERSON
- Reliable and punctual with access to your own transport preferred
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with experience using Deputy for rostering highly regarded
- Solid food handling knowledge; holding a Food Safety Supervisor certification will be an advantage
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with B2B clients and key stakeholders
- Experienceleading small hospitality or kitchen teams with a hands-on leadership style
- Passionate about great food teamwork and delivering an excellent customer experience
