- Effectively use AutoCAD Civil 3D to design various project features and ArcGIS for watershed planning.
- Prepare design computations and quantity estimates under the supervision of a licensed engineer.
- Assist in preparation of reports specifications plan creation and permit applications.
- Interface with CAD and GIS designers and coordinate with other engineering departments on complex multi-discipline projects.
- Assist in client contact and communications.
- May include onsite construction observation and other field work duties including surveying stream assessments and wetland delineations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Biosystems Engineering or Agricultural Engineering.
- 0-3 years of experience in Civil Engineering
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills.
- Solid critical thinking skills along with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude under pressure strong team player responsible and self-motivated.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Autocad Civil 3D ArcGIS or hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Valid Drivers License and in good standing with periodic travel necessary
