• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks teas and specialty beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
• Provide friendly personalized service by taking orders answering questions and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Monitor and restock coffee supplies pastries and other café items to ensure consistent availability.
• Clean and maintain coffee machines grinders and other equipment to ensure proper functioning and hygiene standards.
• Process payments handle cash and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience preparing coffee and specialty beverages with knowledge of various brewing techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation.
