Job Summary
As a Lead Returns Specialist you are part of an intimate leadership team helping to ensure that employees have the proper training and tools necessary to achieve expectations. You are a key contact for process related questions and are extremely familiar with all aspects of the operation. You provide valuable feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations Manager to improve processes and increase productivity. The Lead Returns Specialist ensures a safe work environment is always maintained.
What youll get to do:
- Provide training for new employees
- Delegate tasks based on priorities
- Assess productivity and evaluate employee performance
- Ensure safety compliance
- Make suggestions for improvement
- Take inventory of warehouse supplies and place replenishment orders
- Take attendance and monitor employee breaks
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Who you are:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide instructions and enforce company policies
- Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required
- Professional and punctual
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Team player

The hourly range for this role is $24/hr - $26/hr.
