DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises Inc. is recruiting to fill a Test Engineer/Subject Matter Expert Senior (BPT) position in support of USSOCOM.
Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
- Assists the SGM and Deputy for Breaching as the Breaching Photographer and Testing SME working in collaboration with government partners academic laboratories and private industry - to develop photograph and test new tools and technology in support of the SOF explosive and mechanical breaching community.
- Assists in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation to include Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD) Capabilities Development Documents (CDD) SPECAT messages Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP) Test Plans and update Project Folders. Tasks include provide advice and photographic documentation training on current advanced drilling techniques/technology applications; explosive planning factors; charge preparation; charge emplacement; and design fabricate and test commercial and industrial blasting products.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Qualifications include a background in heavy and medium explosive and mechanical breaching operations (particularly SOF) with a knowledge of breaching and entry techniques tactics & procedures.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor or Masters degree.
- Minimum 12 years experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: This is a normal office working environment.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Up to 20%.
