Job Summary

Seeking a Maintenance Manager for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Southbridge MA.

This position offers full benefits including PTO Medical Dental Vision and 401k!

Salary is between $100000 - $130000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Support hiring training and scheduling of maintenance staff.
Oversee daily work performance and corrective actions.

Lead train and mentor maintenance teams including supervisors mechanics and technicians.
Use CMMS to manage work orders schedules budgets and maintenance records.
Develop and track preventative/predictive maintenance programs.
Coordinate with production to align maintenance with schedules and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical electrical and hydraulic issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and reliability practices.
Manage department budget vendor relationships and spare parts inventory.
Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Monitor KPIs and report on equipment performance costs and safety.
Remain on-call for after-hours plant issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering/industrial technology or equivalent experience.
5years of industrial maintenance management.
Strong technical knowledge of automation mechanical electrical and pneumatic systems.
Experience with lean manufacturing CMMS and interpreting technical manuals/blueprints.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.

Physical Requirements

Ability to inspect facilities perform repairs and navigate job sites.
Capable of standing climbing bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working near heat noise gas and chemicals.
