Senior Design and Technical Services Project Manager (FMX)

We are seeking a Senior Design and Technical Services Project Manager to join our team in Budapest this role you will lead complex design and technical services projects ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.

• Provide active project management support to the VP D&TS overseeing the planning execution and delivery of hotel projects.
• Coordinate all phases of the design and construction process including space planning Look & Feel and technical implementation.
• Review and evaluate architectural and interior design concepts and documentation to ensure alignment with Accor brand standards.
• Support the adaptation of brand design guidelines to local markets and project-specific requirements.
• Assist in the selection and management of consultants (architects interior designers engineers) including scope definition and fee negotiations.
• Prepare project documentation including design briefs operating criteria project timelines and consultant responsibilities.
• Follow up on project progress ensuring milestones and deadlines are met; maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Participate in the development and validation of Property Improvement Plans including technical assessments and recommendations.
• Review and comment on materials boards mock-ups sample approvals and FF&E schedules.
• Provide support in organizing and presenting materials for Brand Validation Design Committees and internal project reviews.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Operations Procurement F&B Technology Spa & Wellness etc.) to ensure their input is integrated into the design process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners consultants and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of D&TS project and design processes through innovation efficiency and best practices.
• Support the final inspection of model rooms and key construction milestones ensuring quality and brand compliance.
• Maintain a database of design references suppliers artists lighting consultants and trends relevant to hospitality projects.

Qualifications :

• Advanced work experience in construction and design
• Fluent in English both in writing and speaking
• Fluent in Russian and or Romanian is a strong preference
• Must be comfortable with travelling frequently to the project sites
• Comfortable with AutoCAD and all latest Interior Design Software
• Significant skills in decoration and innovation
• Strong Team Spirit and Communication skills
