What awaits you/ Job Profile
| We are looking for a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in SAP ECC to join our team. The ideal candidate should have deep functional expertise in Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules with proven experience in end-to-end implementation support and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP functional modules particularly in Sales & Distribution (SD) Finance and Logistics as well as expertise in SAP Fiori and user experience design. Experience in working with Agile methodologies and proficiency in using Jira and Confluence are also highly desirable. Exposure to S/4HANA is considered a plus but not mandatory. |
What should you bring along
| - Bachelors degree in business Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 9 years of experience as a SAP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in FICO and SD.
- Hands-on configuration experience in core FI and CO sub-modules.
- Lead and deliver SAP FICO solutions across various ECC projects (implementation rollout support).
- Gather business requirements perform fit-gap analysis and design efficient solutions in ECC.
- Configure and maintain core FI modules (GL AP AR AA Bank Accounting Taxation).
- Configure CO modules including Cost Centre Accounting Internal Orders Profit Centre Accounting and COPA.
- Experience with localization for different geographies (e.g. GST VAT etc.).
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SD Finance and Logistics modules
- Strong understanding of SAP Fiori design principles guidelines and user experience best practices
- Good understanding of data migration tools (LSMW BDC BAPI).
- Experience working with interfaces (IDOCs EDI third-party systems).
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into functional specifications and design.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment including Agile teams.
- Problem-solving analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong documentation and process improvement skills
- Experience in working with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban)
- Proficiency in using Jira for project management and Confluence for documentation.

- Experience with ticketing and change management JIRA.
- S/4 Hana Finance added advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP Web IDE
- Certifications in SAP Fiori SAP SD SAP Finance SAP Logistics or Agile methodologies.

Good to have technical skills | - SAP certification in FICO or Financial Accounting.
- Experience with FIORI apps Solution Manager ServiceNow or Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and to submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality.
- Willing and able to travel internationally.
- Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design SAP Fiori solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the designed solutions meet the business needs.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge sharing in Confluence
