Job Summary
As a Tableau developer needs to design develop and maintain Tableau reports. Should be proficient in Tableau desktop Tableau server and possess strong data visualization skills and be capable of working within Agile teams.
Additionally candidate should demonstrate strong leadership abilities particularly leading a change and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Create update and manage complex Tableau reports ensuring scalability manageability extensibility performance and re-usability.
- Utilize Tableau Desktop for report creation and tableau server for report management and distribution.
- Apply data visualization techniques.
- Work closely with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and deliver effective tableau solutions.
- Actively participate in Agile development process including sprint planning daily stand ups and retrospective.
- Maintain detailed documentation of tableau solutions including technical specifications user guides and maintenance support.
- Lead initiatives to improve data visualization processes and implement new strategies to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to all stakeholders and providing guidance to junior team members fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
Qualifications :
- Candidate with 10 years of hands-on experience with Tableau desktop and Tableau server with strong understanding of Tableaus architecture performance tuning and best practices for dashboard development
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Expertise in data visualization principles and techniques to create insightful and actionable reports.
- Experience working in Agile teams. Tableau Certification is a plus.
- Working practices: Automation DevOps Value driven & Continuous improvement etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to articulate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and guide teams through transformations.
Additional Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
- Banking domain experience will be an added advantage.
