Food & Beverage Supervisor

What you will be doing:

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:          

• Assist in leading and training a team of Food and Beverage Team Members
• Supervise and delegate duties whilst ensuring brand standards are met
• Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal is maintained
• Ensure guest expectations are met delivering a service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standards
• Promote a strong Heartist culture and a team that is focused on providing unforgettable experiences to our guests.

Qualifications :

• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage.
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
• Ensure efficient friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.
• Ensure staff are competent in all service procedures and they are able to maximize sales to guests.
