Were now looking for a passionate and experienced recruiter to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team. If youre a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle wed love to hear from you.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Partnering with HR and business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment: sourcing screening interviewing offer management and onboarding.
- Driving strategic hiring programs including diversity and contingent workforce planning.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and UK legal requirements.
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers vendors and external partners.
What Youll Bring:
- Strong recruitment experience ideally in tech hiring
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with process improvement and recruitment technology.
- Knowledge of UK employment practices and security clearance processes.
