Job Summary

What youll do

  • Supporting the daily tasks of the Revenue team learning how pricing and distribution decisions are made.
  • Helping with rate and inventory updates across different systems.
  • Monitoring pick-up occupancy ADR and RevPAR yes youll get familiar with all those acronyms.
  • Participating in the preparation of reports and dashboards to track hotel performance and trends.
  • Assisting in benchmarking and market analysis to keep an eye on what the competition is up to.
  • Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align pricing offers and positioning.
  • Getting involved in forecast and budget processes and understanding the why behind the numbers.
  • Supporting the reservations team with daily operations helping to solve issues and optimize sales opportunities.

Qualifications :

What we are looking for:

  • EU Nationality is required.
  • Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Business or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in revenue management and pricing strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel; familiarity with reservation systems (e.g. Opera SynXis) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
