The opportunity
Are you passionate about impactful internal communications and ready to drive engagement across a dynamic international team Join us as a Communication Specialist for our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) and help shape the way we connect inform and inspire.
How youll make an impact
Execute and update communication plans and messaging to support SAP CoE deliverables aligning with business priorities and KPIs
Develop and implement standard operating procedures for effective automated and templated communications
Provide strategic communications guidance as a business partner ensuring efficient planning and prioritization
Measure analyse and recalibrate communication activities for maximum impact and engagement
Manage and improve communication channels including email Teams SharePoint and video
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and training teams to synchronize communications and deliver multi-channel campaigns
Host and moderate both in-person and virtual events fostering engagement and knowledge sharing
Drive continuous improvement by embedding best practices and a quality mindset in all communications activities
Your background
Proven experience in internal communications ideally in an IT or SAP environment
Degree in Communications or equivalent professional experience
Strong writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency in managing multi-channel communications and digital tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize communication effectiveness.
Agile proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English (native or near-native level); additional languages are a plus
High level of professionalism integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
