We are seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join Sodexos small corporate team in a highly regarded pharmaceutical company based in Sydney CBD.
Your reception duties will include greeting internal and external clients managing visitor records meeting room bookings and assisting with facilitating catering.
And as the Workplace Coordinator you will also work with mailroom processes AV/VC support and maintaining staff areas room setups ordering and maintaining consumables be part of and support EHS.
Who are we looking for
You will ideally have previous customer facing experience in a professional environment dealing with clients in a confident manner.
You will have solid Microsoft office skills and have enthusiasm in learning new systems. And a bright happy personality that will thrive in a busy team of five!
