The SPD Training Coordinator is responsible for the planning implementation and appraisal of the orientation preceptorship programs and ongoing staff development of Medical Center personnel. Participates in the ongoing monitoring and revision of policies and procedures appraisal of staff functions and execution of duties to determine educational programs; assists in research projects and studies associated with the department.
