Manager, IT & Security

What we are looking for:

The Manager IT & Security will serve as the leader for Trusteds IT team that includes IT support management and Security. Were looking for a hands-on leader that will create impact through building and leading a small but mighty team and supporting 150 employees. The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude is a quick learner and takes pride in driving cross functional initiatives through strong alignment and collaboration.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and drive process improvements across the company as it relates to onboarding offboarding software licenses & contract management Desktop support and provisioning etc.
• Support Security audit requirements for ISO and SOC2 by interfacing with auditors and project managing the deliverables across the organization.
• Provide technical guidance mentorship and career growth opportunities for junior IT support specialists.
• Collaborate with executive leadership in finance people operations etc to build seamless and transparent processes around budgets contracts and other IT related decisions.
• Have a customer service mindset and find areas of improvement where automation can be applied to streamline scale of operations.
• Recruit Hire and mentor talent as needed.
• Establish a culture of accountability transparency and learning and be a culture champion on the team and across the organization.
• Collaborate and Communicate across all levels of the organization for IT process rollouts and security initiatives.

Who you are:

• Hands-on leader comfortable working at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to describe the problem and vision combined with the capacity to dive into minute details
• You have startup experience; scaling small to mid-size startups
• Youre an early adopter of technology for IT platforms and know how to embrace modern IT thinking

You have:

• 3 years of experience managing IT teams 7 years of experience with corporate IT with start-up experience preferred
• Experience working with US companies is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English fluency is required
• You have experience using Google Apps (G Suite) Microsoft and JAMF Casper Suite Kandji
• Experience with IT cloud services and automation Okta integration MDM e
