In this role will assist customers by identifying the best solution for their application offering and selling complete product solutions providing commercial and technical support to customers by always aiming to provide the highest standards of customer service in accordance with the Think Customer principles while working with peers such as Remote Sales Supports Engineers Outside Sales Service Engineers Product Managers and Business Unit Managers.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Qualify customer requests for quotation to ensure that a quote will meet the customers application and operational needs.
Prepare customer quotations that are on time technically accurate commercially verified offering the best all-round solution.
Follow-up on quotations with customers as agreed with Outside Sales.
Negotiate sales orders within agreed delegation of authority.
Usage of CRM process and maintain accurate and complete records.
Ensure that purchase orders are commercially complete and accurate before processing for order entry in accordance with relevant procedures.
Answer customer questions and provide advice on technical solutions and benefits; Attend customer meetings as required.
Communicate with manufacturing locations for queries regarding lead-time specials etc.
Ensure activities are carried out in line with agreed departmental KPIs.
Attend relevant technical and commercial trainings as required to maintain a high level of product and process knowledge including new products as and when released.

For This Role You Will Need:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Automation or similar)
Experience in valves
Ability to balance technical accuracy with commercial viability
Fluent in Italian
Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
A background or experience in industrial automation valves/instrumentation or process control systems is a strong plus
Experience in preparing quotations reviewing RFQs and managing purchase orders
Strong command of CRM tools to manage leads track customer interactions and support the sales process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
