This is a high-visibility cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of product technology and partnership management. Youll play a key part in shaping how WalkMe integrates embeds and evolves across SAPs product ecosystem including solutions such as S/4HANA SuccessFactors and Ariba.
As the Senior Product Manager for SAP Collaboration you will own and oversee all WalkMe product initiatives related to SAP products and offerings. This includes ensuring WalkMe delivers best-in-class experiences within SAP environments driving joint development projects and embedding WalkMe technology directly into SAPs products as part of their native offerings. This role is unique in that it combines strategic product management with strong project and stakeholder management across multiple teams both internally at WalkMe and externally within SAP. Youll act as the main inbound liaison for SAPs product and engineering organizations understanding their needs aligning roadmaps and ensuring successful delivery of joint initiatives. Internally youll collaborate closely with multiple WalkMe product lines and R&D teams to translate SAP requirements into actionable product work coordinate dependencies and oversee execution.
This is not a traditional inward-facing product role its a strategic bridge between two global product ecosystems. The ideal candidate is part product strategist part project leader and part relationship builder someone who can move seamlessly between defining product requirements managing delivery across multiple R&D teams and engaging external partners at a senior level.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead all WalkMe product initiatives related to SAP from concept to delivery and ongoing optimization.
- Serve as the primary product liaison between WalkMe and SAPs product and engineering organizations.
- Understand and translate SAPs product needs (e.g. S/4HANA SuccessFactors Ariba) into clear actionable requirements and priorities.
- Manage a portfolio of projects across multiple WalkMe product domains aligning stakeholders defining ownership and ensuring timely execution.
- Work closely with internal WalkMe product managers R&D leads and architects to deliver high-quality integrations and product improvements.
- Own the roadmap for SAP-related initiatives ensuring alignment between WalkMes platform capabilities and SAPs strategic goals.
- Monitor delivery progress resolve cross-team dependencies and proactively identify risks or blockers.
- Represent WalkMes product vision and capabilities to SAP partners supporting long-term collaboration and co-innovation.
- Track the success of joint initiatives through measurable KPIs and customer impact.
- Ensure that all SAP-related product efforts maintain WalkMes standards of performance security and usability.
What You Should Bring
- 6 years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS company ideally managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven experience managing integrations or partnerships with large enterprise software vendors (SAP experience a strong advantage).
- Strong project management and execution skills with experience navigating multi-team dependencies and delivering on complex timelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities comfortable working with executives engineers designers and external partners.
- A strong technical foundation and ability to communicate effectively with engineering and architecture teams.
- Experience managing product roadmaps prioritizing requirements and balancing strategic and operational work.
- Exceptional organization analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both internal and external settings.
- Experience with SAP product ecosystems (S/4HANA SuccessFactors Ariba etc.) a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and operate with high ownership and independence.
