Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a RN Case Manager(RN required)for our York PAHome Health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout York PA area.

Responsibilities for a Case Manager:
- Supervise a team of field nurses.
- Conduct supervisory visits as needed within the homes.
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients forsupervisory/assessment visits in the York PA area.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
- Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN isrequired.
- 1 years of Home Health required.
- Oasis experience required.
- Acute med/surgand/orsub-acute experience.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
