Based in Oslo CBA (Commercial Banking Applications) is an integral part of the United Fintech platform where the IBAS system powers trade finance and payment solutions for international banks. To strengthen this area we are now seeking a Senior Product Manager Trade Finance to join our growing team in Oslo.

The Role
As Senior Product Manager you will take a leading role in the ongoing development and implementation of our trade finance solutions. This is a senior hands-on position where you will contribute to both the business and technical dimensions of our platform ensuring that our trade finance offering remains best in class for international banks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining designing and testing new IBAS system functionality
- Ensuring product documentation remains accurate and up to date
- Leading or contributing to sales support development and implementation projects
- Conducting training for customers colleagues and partners
- Supporting international clients with application maintenance and ongoing improvements
- Participating in customer projects occasionally on-site
For the right candidate this position offers the potential to evolve into a Trade Finance Team Lead role.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced product professional who combines deep trade finance knowledge with a practical and collaborative mindset. You are comfortable moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution someone who thrives at the intersection of business technology and delivery.
You will likely bring:
- Significant product experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Documentary Credits
- Documentary Collections
- Guarantees
- Standby Letters of Credit
- Supply Chain Finance
- Related banking products such as Payments Financing/Loans or Collateral
- A solid understanding of the banking and trade finance landscape including market trends and regulatory context
- The ability to train mentor and support junior colleagues
- A structured and logical approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel internationally occasionally as part of client or project engagements
