Make a Difference Support People to Achieve Their Employment Goals

At Mai-Wel we believe in building brighter futures by empowering people to enter engage in and maintain employment. We are seeking passionate and motivated Casual & PPT Job Coaches to join our NDIS Employment Pathways team supporting participants to develop skills gain confidence and reach their goals.

About the Role
As a Job Coach you will:

  • Plan deliver and assess skill development training aligned with participant goals

  • Provide mentoring coaching and workplace support to help participants succeed

  • Facilitate work experience opportunities and problem-solve workplace challenges

  • Build strong relationships with participants their support networks and employers

  • Support participants with personal care communication transport and daily needs in line with their individual plans

  • Promote inclusion respect and a culturally safe environment for all

This role involves travel between sites flexible hours and using your own vehicle.



Skills And Experiences

To be successful you will have:

  • Experience in the human services sector ideally within NDIS or employment support

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to coach mentor and motivate others

  • Flexibility to work across different locations and shifts

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support Disability Community Services Mental Health Youth or a related qualification (minimum requirement)

  • Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID009 HLTAID010 HLTAID011) and Drivers Licence
