Role: Experienced Flex Security Officer
Location: Pooler GA
Pay: $18/hr
Schedule: On-call-must be available for 40 hours/week guaranteed 24 hours/week

Your Mission:

As our Experienced Flex Security Officer youll serve and safeguard clients across diverse industries-from commercial real estate and healthcare to education and government facilities. Youll take the lead in deterring suspicious activity responding to incidents and ensuring every site operates safely and securely. Youll be the eyes ears and calm presence that make our clients feel protected.

What Youll Do:

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a strong security presence
Observe deter and report all activities at assigned sites
Enforce procedures and standards with professionalism
Conduct patrols and respond promptly to emergencies
Write detailed accurate incident reports
Work indoors or outdoors standing or walking for long periods in various weather conditions
Adapt to changing shifts and locations as a valued on-call professional (on call for 40 hours per week guaranteed 24 hours minimum)

Ideal Candidate:

21 years of age
Active Blue card
Authorization to legally work in the United States
High school diploma or GED
Customer service experience
2 years of security or military/LEO experience
Knowledge on how to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
Ability to pass any state-required training or other qualifications for licensing
Willingness to complete crisis prevention training
Willingness to complete site-specific training before serving as a qualified security officer
Flexibility to work any shift 24 hours per day seven days per week
Effective English communication skills both verbal and written
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation
