Job Summary
Responsibilities: To support the implementation and monitoring of company-wide Occupational Safety Health (OSH) and Security programs; to supervise the OSH and Security teams to ensure regulatory compliance safety performance and protection of people and assets; and to promote a proactive culture of safety across all operational sites.
- Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Occupational Safety and Health Environmental Health and Safety Science Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years in an OSH-related roles with at least 2 years of supervisory or multi-site experience ideally in poultry /food processing or retail operations. Salary RM4.5K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- Registered SHO or trained OSH Coordinator preferred.
- Proficiency in planning documentation audit / inspection readiness and incident reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong team leadership coordination abilities (across OSH and Security) and investigation skills for safety and security incident.
- Analytical thinking for interpreting safety trends and risk metrics.
