This role will play a key role in enabling New Products Commercialization and go-to-market activities coordinating stakeholders ensuring strategic alignment across products solutions and services.

As a GTS Strategic DTI Manager you will be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers in early stages of strategic initiatives designing operating and commercial service models in order to validate/refine new product solution value prop from a technical and economic standpoint
• Preparing budget proposals and technical offering assessing in-house competencies to support and execute opportunities with the support of technical product leadership and commercial teams
• Managing project resources to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales and budget and per program plans
• Identifying all risks linked to each project setting up/ executing required activities ensuring each risk is identified understood and managed with clear disclosure to stakeholders
• Managing complex interactions and discussions requiring involvement from internal and external stakeholders
• Managing technical economical logistical and financial aspects involved in creating the optimum solution for each project
• Interacting in early stages of project development to generate demand and increase market penetration participating in project screening and applying a prioritization strategy

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with proven experience in Proposals
• Have a deep understanding of digital and aftermarket dynamics and its evolution
• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of digital products and their value customer dynamics and decision process
• Have proven experience working in matrixed global organizations with multiple stakeholders and business units
• Be able to show good analytical skills and proven capabilities to develop Business Cases - preferred MBA
• Have sound leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority across diverse teams and senior stakeholders
• .Be able to demonstrate experience on Customer scouting and engagement Project Management Innovation Business Development Strategy
• Be fluent in English and Italian
