Were Hiring: Customer Support Specialist (Dutch English) - Sofia Bulgaria

Are you fluent in Dutch and English and passionate about helping people Join our team in Sofia as a Customer Support Specialist where youll assist users of a global brand and ensure an outstanding service experience in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

In this on-site role youll handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing timely and professional support on a variety of topics such as account issues product information and troubleshooting.

Location: Sofia Bulgaria (On-site)
Languages: Dutch (C2) & English (B2)
Role Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00
Training: 3 weeks on-site
Relocation Support Provided
EU Passport Required

What Youll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Support users with account management orders or product-related questions
  • Document interactions using internal systems and tools
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Deliver service excellence while meeting performance KPIs
