Job Overview
XPECT Solutions is looking for an experienced and dynamic Full Stack Developer to support their customers mission critical work in Washington Full Stack Developer will worksupporting the FBIs Office of Public Sector (OPS) you will play a pivotal role in advancing the Bureaus mission to strengthen national security through enhanced collaboration with the private sector.
This team is responsible for a broad range of technological and strategic responsibilitiesfrom developing secure digital platforms and testing emerging technologies to crafting impactful communication products and participating in Interagency working groups. By helping design innovative solutions that foster trust and engagement you will contribute to the FBIs efforts to build resilient partnerships that protect the nations people infrastructure and information.
Core Responsibilities (will include but not limited to):
- Design implement and deploy scalable Enterprise level multi-tier/full-stack software applications according to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standard.
- Identify and propose emerging technologies automation or alternative solutions to improve support for developers and application stakeholders.
- Design develop and deliver software systems that conform to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as amended by the Workforce Investment act of 1998.
- Develop and maintain documentation inline comments confluence and stand-alone documents wherever necessary for the readability of the software design and code.
- Ability to produce results.
- Ability to design troubleshoot develop an enterprise system independently and coordinate with team members.
Requirements
- ACTIVE TOP-SECRET CLEARANCE w/ the ability to obtain an SCI
- Bachelors Degree.
- 13years relevant experience.
- Strong background working with REACT
- Experience as a data engineer (e.g. MS SQL T-SQL Entity Framework REST APIs XML/JSON etc.).
- Experience with Web Development -- (.Net Framework 4.5 MVC etc.) preferred Java
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript React 19 (preferred) jQuery Angular 20 TypeScript Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
- Experience with software integration: build installation and deployment.
- Experience with both green field development and maintaining /upgrading legacy systems.
- Experience developing software using Agile/Scrum practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Certification in related discipline ( Certified DeveloperMicrosoft CertifiedAzure DeveloperMicrosoft Power Platform Developer Certification etc...)
