Summary Description:
The Implementation Project Manager leads cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution ensuring seamless deployment of strategic programs and operational transitions. This role is critical to driving measurable outcomes stakeholder alignment and timely delivery across supply chain clinical and administrative projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Own end-to-end implementation of assigned initiatives including scope definition timeline management resource coordination and risk mitigation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate collaboration across departmentssupply chain operational and clinical initiativesto ensure alignment and adoption.
Performance Tracking: Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor progress identify bottlenecks and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet MS Project Asana)
Certifications:
PMP or Lean Six Sigma- Preferred
