We are now looking for a Digital Leader / CX Director a builder strategist and product-minded leader who can own Fedorivs digital direction and transform our clients digital experiences into tangible business growth.
Mission
To lead and scale Fedorivs Digital Unit into a high-performing innovation-driven business that builds meaningful digital products websites platforms and experiences that transform how brands and customers connect.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Define and evolve the digital strategy of Fedoriv Group in alignment with overall business goals.
Identify and design new digital product opportunities leading the units transformation into a strategic business driver.
Drive innovation through AI data and experimentation introducing new methods and technologies into client and internal projects.
Client Partnership
Act as a trusted strategic partner to C-level clients.
Lead high-stakes conversations about digital vision performance and ROI.
Defend bold ideas with logic and empathy and turn them into results.
Product & Experience Leadership
Lead the creation of customer-centric digital ecosystems from UX research to final product delivery.
Combine aesthetic excellence with measurable performance.
Ensure every project connects design business and technology seamlessly.
Team Leadership
Build and inspire a high-performing team of UX/CX designers strategists and product thinkers.
Set clear goals manage workloads and create space for growth and autonomy.
Foster Fedorivs culture of curiosity ownership and creative bravery.
Financial & Operational Leadership
Take full P&L ownership of the digital unit.
Ensure profitable delivery healthy billing and efficient team utilization.
Establish predictable processes performance tracking and quality control.
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
710 years in digital product UX/CX or digital transformation roles.
Proven record in building and scaling complex digital ecosystems (web mobile CX platforms).
Experience managing a digital or product team with direct P&L accountability.
Background in agencies startups or tech-driven businesses.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping UX processes and data-driven design.
Familiarity with AI tools analytics and performance optimization frameworks.
Soft Skills & Mindset
Entrepreneurial and hands-on able to turn ideas into working solutions fast.
Strategic thinker with a builders energy and founders mindset.
High emotional intelligence and resilience under pressure.
Confident communicator who thrives in client-facing situations.
B2 English level
