As an Analysis Engineer your work wont just live in a model. It will fly. Youll lead high-stakes structural and thermal analysis that ensures our spacecraft can withstand launch forces and thrive in orbit. From complex FEA and thermal simulations to real-world test correlation youll drive design-critical insights and be a key voice in shaping our spacecraft from the inside out.

This is your role if you thrive on accountability rapid iteration and meaningful cross-functional work.

What Youll Do

• Own and evolve spacecraft-level FEA and thermal models to predict performance under extreme launch and on-orbit conditions.

• Perform advanced load vibration and thermal simulations to inform design trade-offs and validate concepts.

• Correlate simulation data with physical testingprototypes thermal vac shockand fine-tune models to reflect reality.

• Partner deeply with design systems and manufacturing teams to ensure hardware is both buildable and bulletproof.

• Define and improve best practices for analysis workflows data integrity and engineering documentation.

What You Bring

• A track record of solving tough analysis problems in aerospace defense or similarly demanding environments.

• Mastery in FEA/thermal tools like ANSYS COMSOL Abaqus or NXplus strong fundamentals in test-to-model correlation.

• Comfort owning end-to-end analysis pipelines from blank-sheet requirements to validated test-aligned results.

• The ability to move fast with rigorbalancing urgency with quality in a high-stakes environment.

• Bonus: Hands-on experience with spacecraft environments (shock vibe thermal vac etc.)
