Our client is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the Foundation in fulfilling its mission of inspiring hope and joy for older adults facing life-limiting circumstances. As the most senior leader the CEO serves as the primary strategist fundraiser and spokesperson guiding both the Foundation team and the community relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fundraising & Development: Act as the principal fundraiser building and strengthening relationships with individual donors corporations foundations and community partners. Lead major gift cultivation annual giving campaigns and special events.
- Organizational Leadership: Provide overall leadership and direction to the Foundations staff fostering a collaborative mission-driven culture. Oversee financial sustainability operational efficiency and the strategic priorities necessary for long-term success.
- Program Oversight: Partner with the team to evaluate enhance and expand programs ensuring measurable impact and alignment with community needs. Support innovative program development and maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Community Engagement: Serve as a visible ambassador for Foundation building and maintaining partnerships with nonprofits social service agencies businesses and faith communities. Represent the organization in public forums and act as a trusted spokesperson.
- Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Board of Directors to establish organizational goals policies and long-range strategies that ensure resilience growth and mission impact.

- Proven record of fundraising success.
- Demonstrated leadership in mission-driven organizations.
- Strong communication skills strategic thinking and integrity.

- Track record of securing funding from individuals foundations and corporations.
- Strong financial management project management and organizational leadership experience.
