Summary:
The IT-Software Engineering Intern will participate in connecting internal systems and integrating with external partners and vendors. They will collaborate with application teams across the organization to support data flows troubleshoot integration issues and contribute to building scalable secure and efficient interfaces. What youll do:
- Learn and become proficient in the teams core technologies integration tools and design patterns.
- Assist in the design development testing and deployment of integration solutions that connect internal systems and external partners.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of existing integrations by troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Business Analysts Application Owners and external vendorsto understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Document integration processes data flows and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings to gain exposure to enterprise development practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

What youll bring:
- Must be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a similar field.
- Must be junior or senior standing at the time of the internship
- Must be able to work full-time in Neenah WI during the summer and potential opportunity to extend internship to work part-time during the school year.
- Must be a good communicator a strong problem solver and have keen attention to detail.
- Must have experience with object-oriented languages such as C# Java Python C.
- An introductory understanding of integration concepts (REST JSON SOAP XML) is helpful.
