Job Brief:

As a Communication Intern you will play a key role in revamping our internal communication channels updating policies and procedures across departments and curating content for the Intranet to ensure clarity accessibility and visual appeal.

Job Specification:

Curate edit and publish engaging content for the company intranet ensuring all pages reflect updated and accurate information.
Collaborate with various departments to review standardize and update their policies procedures and templates in a clear employee-friendly format.
Redesign and structure the internal communication page to improve navigation design aesthetics and employee engagement.
Design infographics creative visuals and layouts to simplify complex policies or updates using design tools.
Partner with HR IT and department leads to gather inputs identify content gaps and suggest creative ideas for improved knowledge sharing.
Support the rollout of the new internal communication framework ensuring consistency and alignment with brand tone and company values.

Job Specification:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Communications Marketing or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Creative mindset with an eye for design layout and user experience.
Familiarity with content management systems or intranet platforms (an added advantage).
Proficient in basic design or visualization tools like Canva PowerPoint or Figma.
Organized proactive and able to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
Enthusiastic about storytelling branding and improving employee experience through communication.
