Job Summary
Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst Consultant to join our Service Design department at HUED. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing and improving business processes gathering and documenting requirements and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business requirements.
Build and draw business process maps diagrams and workflows.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear actionable requirements.
Oversee the implementation of business requirements and validate documentation.
Analyze current processes identify gaps and propose improvements.
Utilize journey and process mapping tools for workflow optimization.
Define functional and technical requirements in collaboration with business and IT teams.
Conduct data analysis and create reports for strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
23 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Experience in software development process improvement or data-driven projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in BRD FRD user stories and use cases documentation.
Experience with modeling tools (e.g. Microsoft Visio Lucidchart).
Familiarity with SQL and tools like Excel Power BI Tableau.
Understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum Kanban).
Experience using tools such as JIRA Confluence Trello.
Business & Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to convert business needs into clear technical documentation.
Basic knowledge of public service or related domains.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
Team collaboration across QA developers and stakeholders.
Preferred (Optional):
UAT or QA testing experience.
CBAP CCBA or Agile BA certifications.
Exposure to ERP/CRM/custom systems is a plus.
Languages:Fluent in Arabic and English
