Theyre looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Director to lead key accounts shape the strategic direction of campaigns and guide teams to deliver world-class work that matters.
What the job involves..
Lead senior-level relationships with clients building partnerships based on trust and measurable success
Understand each clients business industry and challenges to provide strategic proactive guidance
Oversee the delivery of fully integrated campaigns across digital ATL BTL social and experiential channels
Drive operational excellence ensuring projects meet the highest standards on time and on budget
Lead annual planning and align internal resources to meet client objectives
Manage account budgets forecasts and profitability
Identify growth opportunities and expand the agencys footprint within client organisations
Guide mentor and inspire Account Managers and Executives fostering collaboration across creative strategy and production teams
Play an active leadership role within the agency contributing to growth pitches and new business initiatives
What you need to be considered..
710 years account management experience including at least 34 years in a senior leadership role at a creative or advertising agency
Proven success leading large-scale integrated campaigns across multiple channels
Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex budgets
Exceptional communication presentation and relationship-building skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions
Highly organised calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Advertising or a related field
Bonus points if you..
Have experience working on purpose-driven or social impact campaigns
Thrive in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
Love balancing strategy creativity and meaningful results
