About the Role:
A technology-focused organisation in Sundsvall is seeking a Developer to join their growing engineering team. This role offers the chance to work on modernising core systems introducing event-driven architecture and driving technical initiatives alongside an experienced Tech Lead Principal Architect and skilled development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable backend services and APIs.
• Shape system architecture with a strong focus on performance maintainability and security.
• Develop event-driven components using technologies such as Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
• Drive improvements across CI/CD pipelines for smooth and reliable deployments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (frontend data product) to deliver impactful solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a high-quality engineering culture.

Requirements:

• 5 years of hands-on experience in C# / .NET (Core or later).
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures (CQRS event sourcing messaging systems).
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps GitHub Actions etc.).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Frontend development experience with React TypeScript or .
• Exposure to financial services or AI/ML frameworks.
• Advanced experience in Azure PaaS services and cloud-native design
